Cancellation Policy - Cheesemaking Workshops

Our cancellation policy:

Due to the limited number of spots in our workshops, we have a 10 day cancellation policy to ensure that we can continue to run the workshop and not waste time and materials that require advanced preparation. 

However, we understand that there are often unforeseen circumstances requiring you to miss a scheduled workshop. In that case, we are happy for you to send someone to take your place if you are unable to attend with less than 10 days notice, we just will need their name and contact details prior to their arrival.

If you contact us more than 10 days in advance of the workshop, we can offer a transfer to a workshop on an alternative date, if spots are available. If there are no suitable future dates, we can provide a voucher to be used for a future workshop booking. Unfortunately, there are no make-ups for missed workshops.

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation and a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs associated with a missed or cancelled workshop.
